We focus on careful and rigorous screening in selecting our care givers. At Caring People we intend to match clients with caregivers who will best meet your health care needs – from a service perspective. Our staff members will be recognisable by their distinctive uniform which is emblazoned with Caring People’s logo and all of our staff members will carry a photographic ID.
Our staff members have been through rigorous interviews, a comprehensive induction and on the job training. They are regularly monitored and reviewed by Senior Management, this includes spot checks, supervision, quality audit checks and feedback from service users and their families. As well as they will also be in regular contact with our Home Care Co-Ordinator, and Home Care Manager.
